“In all fairness to my salesperson, he was not feeling good that day, so talking for him was probably difficult.  I had also researched the product prior to visiting the store, so he really didn’t need to sell the product.  I realized early that you guys sell merchandise of companies that stand behind their products.  We had an issue with my Smokin’ Brothers Premier 36 and their customer service was exceptional.  They called me back within 10 minutes.”
