“The wait time was a little long to talk with someone. Workers were supposed to arrive between 12-12:30.  I took a half day off work and no one showed up until 2:30.  It would have been nice to have a phone call explaining they were going to be late.  Salesperson was very friendly and installers were very quick and professional once they arrived.”
