The staff at Arnold Stove & Fireplace Center was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Big Green Egg.  When we purchased our Egg, it was already put together for us.  The starter bundle was a nice touch and made things so convenient for my first use.  I love my Big Green Egg and use it quite often!
