The installers were very friendly, on-time, meticulous about keeping the area clean.  They explained the workings of the insert and assured all of my questions.  I have used my fireplace everyday since the installation.  I highly recommend our insert and having it installed from Arnold Stove & Fireplace Center.  I absolutely love my product and the company that i bought it from!
