We are very much enjoying the beautiful fireplace and insert that we purchased from Arnold Stove & Fireplace Center.  Our power went out with the deep cold, -3 degrees, and the battery backup worked great!  Our fireplace kept us toasty warm!  All of the workers who came to the house were efficient and friendly.  It was so easy to have them in our home.  They were very professional.  They cleaned up everything and explained our unit to us so that we could use it right away.  We love it!  Thank you so much for making this such an easy purchase for us!
