Ken was awesome!  He sold us our fireplace and when I had a concern, he addressed it right away.  My unit was a little noisier than I expected but it looks great!  Ken sent a technician to help quiet it down, that worked and now we are enjoying it.  Fireside in Arnold has great customer service!
