Tricia was our sales rep. She did a fantastic job!  She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  She helped us make our selection and did outstanding with following up with us.  She made this large purchase much easier on us.  We had Arnold Stove & Fireplace Center install our unit as well.  The installers were great!  They were professional and didn’t leave any mess behind when they left.  We really enjoyed our experience working with Arnold Stove & Fireplace Center.  We will definitely recommend this company to our family and friends!
