Chris was great!  He is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to .  Chris and another installer worked hard to get the tiles out of our chimney, which was way more work than we anticipated.  They did an excellent job of keeping things clean in our home, which we really appreciated!  We loved working with Arnold Stove & Fireplace Center!  We recommend you to people all of the time.
